This drafts wording for the Commission's own form 11/3 (Notice of Intention to Organise a Related Protest Meeting), which must reach the Commission via a PSNI station at least 14 days before the parade. It stays factual and procedural by design — it won't add claims you haven't given it, and it keeps the objectionable content out. Review it, add your own contact details, and submit it yourself; this tool doesn't file anything for you.
